How it works

Label design in three steps

01

Pick the label size

A common Avery-style pack or your own width and height.

02

Add text and a code

Title, a few lines, a logo, and a QR code or barcode with its value.

03

Print a sheet

Print identical labels or a numbered series at 100% scale.

Tips

Designing labels that read well

  • Keep titles short. A label is read at a glance, so one clear line beats three small ones.
  • Put the code where it is not covered by a fold, a seal or your thumb.
  • Use a numbered series for assets and boxes: ITEM-{n} makes ITEM-001, ITEM-002 and so on.
  • Test a printed label with the scanner or phone that will be used before printing the whole sheet.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How do I design a label with a QR code or barcode?

Choose a label size, type a title and a few lines, pick QR code or a barcode type, enter the code value and choose where it goes. The preview shows a full sheet that you can print or download.

Can I number a series of labels?

Yes. Put {n} where the number should go, for example ITEM-{n}, set how many labels and the start number, and every label gets its own number and code.

Which label sheets are supported?

Common Avery-style A4 and Letter packs are built in, and a custom size fits as many labels as will fit on the page. Print a test on plain paper first to check the alignment against your pack.

What goes into the code?

A QR code can hold a link or any text. EAN-13, UPC-A, Code 128 and Code 39 hold numbers or short IDs, and the number is printed under the bars.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Upload a logo or photo and it is placed at the top of each label, above the text.
