Guide

How the bulk generator works

Paste or upload a list with one line per code: a label and a link. The generator builds every code in your browser with your chosen style, and you can download them as numbered PNG or SVG files in a ZIP, with an index file that maps each file to its label and link.

For printing, the sheet view lays the codes out on pages with their labels, so you can save a PDF and cut them out.

Tips for bulk runs

  • Use a unique link for each code, for example ?table=1, ?table=2.
  • Keep labels short; they become file names and sheet captions.
  • Pick SVG for large print and PNG for screens.
  • Check a few codes with the health report before printing all of them.
FAQ

Bulk QR codes, explained

What format should my CSV be in?

One code per line as label, url, for example Table 1,https://example.com/menu?table=1. A line with only a URL works too. Commas, semicolons and tabs are accepted, and a header row of label, url is skipped automatically. Spreadsheet apps can export this with “Save as CSV”.

How many codes can I make at once?

Up to 300 per run. Everything happens in your browser, so very large batches depend on your device. For more, split the list into several runs.

Are my links uploaded anywhere?

No. The codes are generated on your device. Your CSV and logo never leave the page.

How do I print them?

Pick codes per page and press Print sheet. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF for a file or send it straight to a printer. Check the size with the size calculator before printing a big run, and test one printed code first.

What's in the ZIP?

One numbered file per code (PNG at 1024px, or vector SVG) plus an index.csv mapping each file name to its label and link.
