Why a Google Review QR code

One scan, no typing

A QR code turns your Google Review Google review link into something anyone can open with their phone camera — on print, on screen or in person.

  • Fewer steps, more reviews — Customers skip searching for your business and land directly on the review form.
  • Print it anywhere — Receipts, table tents, packaging, counters and checkout screens.
  • Private by design — The code is built in your browser — nothing about your business is uploaded.

FAQ

Google Review QR codes, explained

How do I make a Google Review QR code?

Enter your Google review link in the generator above. The code is created instantly. Style the colors, shapes and center icon if you like, then download it as PNG or SVG.

Where do I find my Place ID?

Use Google's Place ID Finder, search for your business and copy the ID that starts with ChIJ. Alternatively, open your Google Business Profile, choose "Get more reviews" and paste the short link it gives you.

Which link does the QR code open?

With a Place ID it opens search.google.com/local/writereview for your business. If you paste a full link, that exact link is used.

Is this allowed by Google?

Asking customers for honest reviews is fine. Google's policies forbid offering incentives for reviews and review gating, so do not do either.

Is it really free, with no watermark?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no expiry. Every code you download is yours to use anywhere, including commercial print.

Can I add my own logo?

Yes. In the Center icon control, choose the upload option and add a PNG or SVG. The generator raises the error-correction level automatically so the code stays reliably scannable.

PNG or SVG — which should I download?

PNG (2048px) is perfect for screens and everyday prints. SVG is a vector file that stays sharp at any size, so choose it for large signs, banners or professional printing.
